ROOFING WITH THE PROFESSIONALS.

PERMITTING PROCESS

    • Customer and Qualifier sign roofing contract.

    • Broward County: 1 month to get a permit

(The reason for this is because Broward County requires Asbestos, which can take up to 3 weeks to get back! Which can delay the permitting process.)

    • Palm Beach: 2-3 weeks to get a permit.

    • Miami Dade: 2-3 weeks to get a permit.

    • Once the permit is issued, we can schedule the work to begin ASAP!

ROOFING PROCESS

    • On this day, the crew will arrive on site at 8 A.M. & they will prepare the entire job sight

    • The first inspections to be called are Tin Cap & In Progress.

    • This is typically done 1-2 days afterthe roof tear-off is completed!

    • The time frame of the material loading depends on the type of roof you have!

    • Shingle Roof: loading happens 3-4 days after the tear-off.

    • Tile Roof: loading happens 1-2 weeksafter the day of the tear-off, if not sooner.

    • The time of which the Final Inspection is called depends on the type of roof you have.

    • Shingle Roof: Ready for Final Inspection right after the roof is closed

    • Tile Roof: This system needs something known as an Uplift test, this is a professional Engineer who performs the test to check that the Tiles will withstand any harsh winds. Once this is done, Then the Final Inspection is ready to be called.

    • 1 week after the roof is closed, and the engineer does his report, we call in the Final inspection.
